A good night’s sleep is incredibly important to health and wellness.  Good sleep patterns can maximize problem-solving skills, enhance memory and creativity, and boost the immune system.  In contrast, poor sleep has been shown to impair brain function, decision-making skills, increase fatigue, and contribute to weight gain.

Our Optimal Sleep Wellness Ensemble includes Body Care Oil (2 oz), Mineral Soaking Salts (4 oz), Herbal Tea Blend (2 bags), and Body Care Spray (4 oz).

Our Herbal Tea Blends are pure and natural with no preservatives, additives, or fillers. We use only organic botanical herbs – when available.  A single order contains two (2) tea bags.  Each tea bag yields a half gallon of prepared tea.
